We do not sell, rent, or use the content of your PDF documents for marketing or profiling. File processing is limited to providing the compression result you requested.

Secure Server Processing

FitMyPDF uses a dedicated server-side PDF engine to process your file. Files are used only for analysis, compression, preview, and download generation. Avoid uploading documents if your organization requires strictly offline or local-only processing.

No Data Selling

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share the content of your PDF documents with any third party for any purpose — marketing, analytics, or otherwise. Your documents are not a product we monetize.

Cookies & Analytics

Currently, FitMyPDF does not use cookies or third-party analytics tools. We may introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future to improve the service. If we do, we will update this policy accordingly and ensure any analytics used do not track personal information or file content.

Third-Party Services

FitMyPDF does not send your PDF files to third-party file-processing APIs. Compression is handled by our own PDF processing engine. Infrastructure providers may process network/server traffic as necessary to operate the website.

Data Retention

Uploaded and generated PDFs may be stored temporarily on the FitMyPDF server only as needed to complete processing and provide the download. We do not use uploaded files for training, advertising, or resale.
